I am not originally from the UK so not sure if that could have anything to do with it. No other bookmaker has ever been so strict about this. They kept saying insisting that they must see the full and unredacted bank statement in order to approve my verification. I blanked out quite a few fields of my bank statement account because transactions are obviously confidential and private. The essence of it was that I deposited £10 for the qualityfing bet with my Revolut account so they asked me to see a Bank Statement showing the flow of this £10 from a different bank account into my Revolut. There was a bit of back and forth messaging with their Risk Management team.
